Shipping policy

USA - $6 Flat Rate Shipping or Free Shipping on all orders $100 or more

Most orders are shipped within two to three days; but I do ask you give me up to 5 days during busy times. We currently only ship to US and APO/FPO addresses. 

Please make sure your items are being delivered to a safe and secure location. Coastal Grandma Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged mail that has been delivered. If your item is lost, stolen or damaged you can file a claim with the appropriate carrier.

Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking information. Sometimes the tracking numbers take a bit of time to update, so give it a couple days to show the expected delivery date. If your tracking number doesn't seem to be updating after that, all tracking inquires should be directed to the appropriate carrier, as they will have the latest updates on the status of your package.
