Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. NOTE: Phone cases are not eligible for returns. Each phone case is custom made which means when you place your order, they are handmade for you. Because they are custom made, we do not accept returns because you ordered the wrong size or design. PLEASE BE SURE TO DOUBLE-CHECK WHAT SIZE YOU NEED WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER

FOR NON-PHONE CASE ITEMS: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at coastalgrandmastudio@icloud.com. At that time we will let you know where to send the item. Customer is responsible for the cost of postage to return the item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if Coastal Grandma Studio sent the wrong item, That way we can evaluate the issue and take the appropriate steps.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

STORE CREDIT
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically issued a store credit within 10 business days.
